Join us as Alex C. Chang, CMU-Pitt (Graduate Student PhD, Computational Biology) and Brent Schlegel, University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine (Graduate Student PhD, Integrative Systems Biology), present their novel tool, CITEgeist, which harnesses Python’s capabilities for multi-modal spatial transcriptomics.
